These terms describe use of the Flashback app and website.

Using Flashback

You may use Flashback to take or import photos, apply the available camera looks, save results, and share them. You are responsible for the photos and other material you choose to import or share, including having the necessary rights and permissions.

Local storage

Flashback is local-first. We do not promise recovery of local photos if you delete the app, reset the device, or lose access to device storage. Keep your own backup of anything important.

Flashback Plus

Flashback offers Plus through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and may offer a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes payment and RevenueCat verifies access against your signed-in Flashback account. The price, billing period, and purchase terms shown before purchase and in Apple’s purchase sheet apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings under Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting your Flashback account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can restore eligible prior purchases, including existing Lifetime access; a subscription is not required to replace a valid Lifetime purchase.

Usage measurements

Flashback uses limited first-party analytics as described in the Privacy Policy. These measurements do not change ownership of your photos, authorize advertising tracking, or create a cloud photo account.

Third-party names and services

Some camera and film references are used to describe visual looks. Their respective owners retain their trademarks and rights. Apple Photos, iOS Share, and any linked services are governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, or discontinue features. We will not represent a feature as available when it is not included in the current app version.

Flashback is provided for creative and personal use. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or purpose.
